Rollit House, London Borough of Islington

During the early hours of the Easter weekend, Rollit House in Holloway was very badly damaged and partly destroyed in a major blaze that required more than 10 Fire Engines and 70 Firefighters to put it out, together with the emergency evacuation of 37 Residents.

Diamond Build were very pleased to appointed by the London Borough of Islington to carry out the building’s comprehensive renewal and refurbishment. Originally built in 1929, we successfully delivered the £1.2m works to all 21 top floor maisonette flats, together with a new, traditional mansard roof following the original’s destruction.
